Right of withdrawal
It happens sometimes to make a bad choice and even more when it comes to online sales.
We understand that. Therefore we guarantee you the right to return one or all the ordered products and get your money back.
The time limit for withdrawal is 30 days from the date of purchase. You must first notify us of your intention to return a product and then send the package within 7 days after notification. The product must be returned in an unused condition, in its original packaging.

Warranty
The two-year legal warranty applies to defects of conformity existing upon delivery of the purchased product. You must first notify us of your intention to return a product and then send the package within 7 days after notification. Return charges are at your cost.
After examining the customer's complaint and if it believes this complaint to be justified, POLYMAR will either reimburse the purchase price of the product or replace the product or proceed to repair it. The choice of repair method is the reponsibility of POLYMAR.
